I am very passionate about working with seniors, children and individuals with special needs. I have worked with families of all as well as my own family members. My mom has MS so that drives me to help as many families as I can since she is currently totally independent. I have worked for the ARC of Howard Co. for over 2 years as a residential counselor as well as the ARC of Chesapeake. I did community integration, helped with every day activities, helped around the house, administered medications and much more. I always had a love for working with people and spreading my love. It makes me feel fulfilled and it's something that I wish to do full time in the future.
