About Jaime

I'm a bubbly, intuitive, organized person who loves to connect with new people. I excel at adapting to change as I'm grounded and easygoing. My 8+ years experience, training and certifications allow me to provide a safe and stimulating environment. I have extensive experience with behaviour therapy including setting boundaries to maintain safety, structure and routine. I am bilingual and have experience teaching French to children. I believe collaboration is essential to provide the best care and the most supportive family environment. The key to success is clear and kind communication. It is important to me to not only meet the needs of the family but to exceed expectations. I'd happily help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and more. One of my favorite aspects of working with children is getting to know their uniqueness. I find that meeting them where they are and taking their lead is a key part of bonding and helping them to grow, learn, and progress as people.
