I prioritize earning trust when building connections with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, mobility, and physical activity. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have some college education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and joy to someone's day is what makes this work so rewarding for me.
