Nurturing children has been my lifelong passion, starting with caring for my younger sister and evolving into a 26 year career in education. I hold bachelors degree in elementary education and k-12 German, and a master of education degree that provided me with specialized early child development coursework, which allows me to provide thoughtful, informed care for children from infancy through their teenage years. My background as a former track coach and strong swimmer means I love keeping children active, whether we are playing kickball, swimming, or solving puzzles. I am firm but kind, and I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules. I prioritize clear communication, whether through end-of-day updates or timely texts, and I am happy to assist with meal preparation and travel. I hold CPR Training and First Aid certifications to ensure your family's safety. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted, reliable partner in your children's growth and happiness.
