About Jailyn

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, empathetic I like caring for seniors because it allows me to get to know and help different people from different walks of life and I enjoy that. I love hearing stories and seeing someone's eyes light up while they tell it. truly rewarding. I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for an individual they way they should be treated, but at the same time i'm looking to be respected and valued as well. I started caring for seniors when I was able to but the desire to do so started very young seeing my sister and mother in the field my entire life. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and golf. One thing you should know about me is i'm an empath, I feel deeply and that shows in my work. My skills include being a good listener, i'm very good at multitasking in my work, and I have been doing CNA work with elderly and dementia patients for almost 4 years
