About Jailene

Hello! My name is Jailene. I am 23 years old and I have always had that "mom" instinct in me thanks to being the oldest of 4 siblings. It has truly helped shape and form myself both as a teacher and even recently as a new mom. I take my role very seriously and am always rooting for the perfect balance of loving, caring and creating a safe environment. I have had experience with childcare ever since I can remember, I began babysitting as a 15year-old and became an actual daycare teacher at the age of 19 - I just finished off my 5th year in childcare at an amazing school in Leander, TX. I am currently CPR/First Aid certified and that includes specific training with infants as well. As I previously mentioned, I was most recently a Lead teacher for 18mo-24mo and it's helped me tremendously in learning all there is to know when it comes to intensive and loving care. I am very confident in the person and caregiver I am and excited to pursue a career in where I can continue what I love to do.
