About Jaidyn
Experience: 5 yrs
I am a 4th grade teacher in Irvine and live in Long Beach. I'm passionate about helping students unlock their potential. With three years of teaching experience, I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I adapt my teaching methods by varying my strategies, such as visual aids and hands-on activities and open communication allows me to adapt my approach for optimal student outcomes. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating small successes.
