I booked with Jaida to watch my dog. I showed up at the time of her appointment and messaged Jaida to know what apartment was hers. My dog and I waited in the cold 20-30 minutes with no response and I ended up being 30 minutes late to work because of it, and took my dog to work with me. I was still charged $35 despite her never showing up. I will note she was very apologetic when she realized and offered to watch my dog for free. But at that point it was too late. I contacted care about the refund and haven’t heard anything back.
