About Jae

Dedicated pet care is my passion, rooted in two years of hands-on experience across a wide range of animals, from dogs and cats to horses and exotic pets. My philosophy centers on your pet's comfort and happiness, where I focus on reinforcing positive behaviors and good manners. I maintain a vigilant watch for any signs of distress or health changes to ensure constant safety. Should an unexpected situation arise, I remain calm, follow our pre-discussed emergency plans, and communicate with you immediately. Whether I am providing grooming, administering medicine, or assisting with training, I prioritize creating a loving environment. I find deep fulfillment in offering you total peace of mind while your companions stay happy at home. My approach is defined by responsibility, kindness, and empathy. I truly look forward to treating your beloved animals with the same devotion I give my own.
