About Jaelynn

Hi! My name is Jaelynn, and I'm a 4th-year nursing student with a strong passion for caring for others and supporting families. My schooling has given me knowledge and hands-on experience to confidently care for children of all ages in a safe, attentive, and compassionate way. I've completed all of my specialty nursing courses, which include clinical experience in pediatrics, postpartum care, labor and delivery, mental health, and acute care settings. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of child development, family dynamics, and health and safety practices in real-world situations. In addition to my education, I am CPR certified and have up-to-date child abuse clearances. I have several years of babysitting experience working with children ranging from infants to pre-teens. I am comfortable managing different schedules, routines, and personalities at the same time while still making sure each child feels individually cared for and valued.
