I started working with preschoolers about 2 years ago when I got hired by Brightside Academy, a Head-Start Preschool. I was trained through New Teacher Academy within my job, and started working on my Associates Degree in ECE shortly after. During my time with Brightside, I have worked with children aged 6 months to 5 years old. I have experienced varying levels of behaviors and children with special needs, and have found a way to accommodate all of them. In the past 2 years, I have enjoyed watching my students learn and grow, and getting to know them and their families.
