About Jaeda

I'd describe myself as reserved yet outgoing, attentive, and caring. I enjoy working with children because I remember what it was like to be a kid, and I want every child to feel heard and valued. I'm passionate about caring for children and animals because they rely on others to advocate for them. I started babysitting around age 12. Many children in my family, including several with autism and ADHD, and I'm comfortable meeting their individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, singing, dancing, cheering, reading, and writing. I value open communication, healthy boundaries, and teamwork with parents. My goal is to be a positive role model by encouraging kindness, respect, sharing, and creating boundaries . I use calm redirection instead of yelling or physical discipline and ALWAYS respect each family's parenting preferences! My strengths are patience, positive guidance, and creating a safe place .
