About Jaeda

My name is Jaeda, and I am a student of International Studies and Spanish at the University of St. Thomas. I believe that foreign language learning is an integral part of education, and I understand that making learning fun and easy is an important part of language acquisition. I have studied Spanish since I was 8 years old, but most recently solidified my written and oral skills studying abroad in Córdoba, Argentina for five months! As a student of the humanities, I also have extensive knowledge of English, Reading, History, Social Studies, Human Geography, and History. I can teach these subjects in Spanish and English. Additionally, I was once an NCAA Division I swimmer at UST, and still have a great passion for the sport of swimming. I love being in the water and passing on the knowledge I acquired in the 12+ years I dedicated to the sport. I have considerable experience teaching Red Cross swim lessons as well, so I am able to adapt to all levels of swimming ability.
