About Jae

Experienced, dependable caregiver with 27 years of hands-on parenting experience and a deep understanding of children with unique needs. I am the mother of four daughters and a proud grandmother, and caring for children has been the center of my life for nearly three decades. I also have extensive experience raising and supporting a child with significant physical disabilities and working with children on the autism spectrum, which has given me patience, compassion, and practical caregiving skills. For 25 years I served in children's ministry, helping create safe and nurturing environments where kids feel valued and encouraged. I am also a certified family counselor, which helps me support children emotionally as well as physically. In addition, I'm an interior designer and extremely organized, so I naturally bring calm, structure, and creativity into busy homes. I love art, hands-on activities, and helping children feel safe, seen, and confident while giving parents peace of mind.
