About Jadrian

For over six years, I have enjoyed creating safe and nurturing environments where children can learn and grow. My passion for childcare began at a young age as the oldest of three siblings, helping care for my younger siblings from infancy through pre-teen years. Professionally, I worked for a year as a Behavior Technician supporting children with special needs, strengthening my skills in patience and individualized care. I also spent a year as a JV high school cheerleading coach, mentoring students in a safe and structured environment, including week-long nannying positions for infants. I am very comfortable with schedules, feedings, diapering, and developmental care. I am patient, calm, friendly, and confident enforcing household rules. I am CPR and First Aid certified, currently attending college, have reliable transportation, and can assist with carpooling and light housekeeping.
