About Jadrian

I have always had a passion for working with kids, starting at a young age as the oldest of three siblings. I've helped care for them from infancy to preteen years, including my 7-month-old and 12-year-old siblings. Since I was 13, I've gained paid experience caring for children of all ages, from babies to teens. Professionally, I worked for a year as a Behavior Technician supporting children with special needs, which gave me valuable experience in patience, communication, and specialized care. I also spent a year as a JV high school cheerleading coach, where I guided and mentored students while creating a safe, fun, and structured environment. Currently, I give swimming lessons to two 8-year-old girls, further building my skills in teaching, safety, and child engagement. I'm energetic, responsible, and caring, and I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment.
