Growing up I helped raise my niece since she was born (she's 13 now). It was honestly some of the best years of my life with her in it! I would provide a safe, fun, and supervised environment for your children. I do have my own car and drivers license. I am able to do addition tasks for you. Ex. Grocery shopping, laundry, meal prep, bathing, errands. I do have a lot of experience with autistic and non verbal children. I've had 3 families I've worked with, all hired through this app! We are so grateful to have had Jade with our family for two years. She cared for our two children, including our son who has special needs, and she was a very important part of our daily life. She made a real effort to understand and meet his unique needs, including using his AAC device (his “talker”) to support his communication. She was always willing to go the extra step to meet him where he was in his development as he gained new skills. Jade is dependable, flexible, and a great communicator. She was always willing to collaborate with us on managing behaviors, like helping our daughter learn to listen. She also handled pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring the kids were always where they needed to be on time and safe. I always felt confident knowing my kids were well cared for in her hands. She also helped with light housework and kept our home running smoothly. She handled the natural chaos of life with young kids with calm and care. She was flexible with us when the schedule changed between summer and school time. I give her my highest recommendation—any family would be lucky to have her.
