Ms. Jade is a wonderful nanny. She worked with me for about 2 years and my son is autistic, at first he was very non-verbal, but by the time ms. jade stopped working with us (due to us moving) my son was making full on sentences and was able to tell us what he wants. She is very sweet and amazing at communicating. She does have a daughter herself so she only called off when it involved her daughter.
