About Jaden

Hi! I am currently a lead toddler teacher at a Montessori school and absolutely love it. I am taking the summer off to be home with my boys and looking to watch 2-3 additional kids over the summer months. I have a huge passion for kids and being a part of watching them grow and develop. I have taken care of kids of all ages, beginning in the newborn phase and beyond. I have been taking care of littles for as long as I can remember. On top of being a mom, I have experience working with kids in various settings and in different roles. I have experience working as a casual babysitter, a steady nanny, in a Montessori classroom, and as a behavioral therapist for kids with Autism. I would describe myself as attentive, interactive, passionate and caring. I use gentle parenting with my boys and focus hugely on correcting behavior without using corporal punishment. I excel at redirecting kids when they are upset and figuring out what their needs are when they cannot communicate them.
