I have had the pleasure of working with Jade in a childcare setting, and I’m so impressed with her professionalism, patience and the care the she gives to the children. Jade has a natural ability to work with children of all ages. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where the children are able to learn and grow. She manages behaviors positively and plan age-appropriate activities that promotes development and fun. She’s reliable, responsible and very attentive to the children’s needs and she communicates effectively with children and adults. She’s very dedicated and brings warmth and I highly recommend her.
