About Jade

Hello! I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My experience working with children of all needs has confirmed that childcare is my calling. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I believe that all kids have their own ways of play, so I let them take charge of the imagination while I ensure their safety and a positive experience. With four years of experience in babysitting and two years of working in a private daycare, I'm comfortable caring for up to five children between the ages of 2mos and 12yrs. I am recently re-certified in CPR, AED and First Aid as well as bilingual in English and Spanish. I also have experience in specialized care such as sick care, Infant Developmental Care, as well care for children and teens with developmental/neurological disorders! I'm excited about the opportunity to be your childcare provider!
