Hi there! My name is Jade, I'm 34 & have been involved in childcare for 12 years now. My approach to childcare is boundless bountiful love with boundaries. My ideal nanny family is one who views their nanny as an integral part of the team. In 2013 I graduated from Wheelock college with my BA in early childhood education and American studies. My experiences range from working at the YMCA, student teaching in a 2nd grade and pre-k classroom, full time nannying to, of course, babysitting. I've worked with ages ranging from 6 months to 10 years old. For the last nearly 5 years I've been working with one lovely family with 3 children. I love arts&crafts, music and the outdoors. Reading with children is a priority to me, as well as keeping children engaged in age appropriate activity.

Where does one even start? Jade has been with our family for 5 years. She has become part of our family. She loves our three children and has been an integral part of their growth and development. Jade has always put the children's safety first. Jade is trustworthy, loving, and thoughtful. She's cared for the children - both the "expected stuff" (e.g. meals, playing with them, driving to activities) and emotionally (which shouldn't be discounted). She's been a tremendous partner to us as we've navigated being parents.
