Hi I'm Jade and I'm 22 years old. I am attending Texas state for Healthcare Administration and I have worked with YMCA 4 years as a Youth Developmental Leader and as a Site lead! Providing a nurturing and reliable environment for children has been my passion for the past four years. My background in early child development coursework allows me to create engaging, educational activities that support growth across all age groups. I am patient, calm, and highly creative, which helps me build strong, friendly connections with every child in my care. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe setting for your family. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or working on crafts, I focus on making a positive impact every day.
