About Jade

Hello there, my name is Jade F. I have been a licensed CNA for two years now. I have prior experience both in nursing homes as a volunteer and activities coordinator and have worked with in home health companies. I've provided all kinds of care both short and long term to people at varying levels of independence, including immobile and nonverbal patients as well as patients with memory care needs. I am greatly experienced in memory care having provided care in a dementia and Alzheimer's unit for many years in a professional and volunteer capacity and have even attended evaluations for entrance into nursing homes. I am currently working towards a degree in Medical Administration and Nursing which provides more valuable experience.
