I'm an experienced nanny with a passion for helping children to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Over the past 7+ years, I have been both a part-time & full-time nanny as well as a babysitter to multiple children ages 1 year to 7 years old. I have additional experience as a teacher and mentor to teen girls through a local Christian dance school and a dance ministry which I have worked with for almost 10 years. My previous families will attest that I am generally calm under pressure, even in the face of multiple not-so-calm dependents. I will take every opportunity to share a deeper layer, or the "why" behind every situation, in an age appropriate way. I believe that consistent, firm, calm, and loving follow-through with boundaries sets children up for success, and allows them to trust and ask questions in their own time. Jade was with our family as a nanny both full-time and part-time (moved to part-time due to my work schedule change) for about 4 years. She is absolutely incredible!!! She is patient, loving and caring. She isn't just a babysitter, she's a teacher/coach. Jade takes the time to teach children at each and every opportunity (teaching about behavior, choices, faith, etc). She also was the teacher for our boys while we chose to home school (2020-2021 school year). She made learning fun for our boys! She also did many household chores for us as well (dishes, laundry, etc). She kept our house running smoothly and our kiddos safe, happy and well cared-for. Any family would be lucky to have Jade as a nanny!
