About Jade

Hello! My name is Jade, and I am passionate about providing safe, loving, and supportive care for children of all ages. I bring both personal and professional experience to my childcare program. I worked as a nanny for a wonderful family, caring for their 2-year-old for over a year. As a mom of three children myself, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing environment where kids feel loved, secure, and encouraged to grow. I also have experience working with children who have special needs. My daughter has cerebral palsy, and my nephew has Cri-du-chat syndrome, which has given me firsthand knowledge, patience, and compassion when supporting children with unique challenges. Through these experiences, I've learned the value of individualized care, structure, and creativity in helping children thrive. My goal is to provide a home-like, supportive atmosphere where every child feels included, valued, and happy.
