Hi! I'm Jade, a 25-year-old full time healthcare worker native to Cape Cod. My experience: I have had numerous pediatric clinical rotations with children with neurodiversity, I peer mentored a young adult with ASD, and assisted a young adult with cerebral palsy with her ADLs, IADLs . I am CPR certified every 3 months, CORI and background checked for my work. I am patient, bubbly, and communicative. Looking to be a per diem support for your loved one as some weeks are more hectic than others on my end. I am available evenings and Saturday-Monday some weeks and we could plan ahead shifts a few weeks in advance. Open to Barnstable, Mashpee, Sandwich, or Yarmouth.
