About Jade

I volunteered in a nursing home throughout my school years, currently my father suffers from dementia and Parkinson, and I have been his part time caregiver for the past 6 years. I've cared for quite a few elderly women over the past 6 years also. I assist in daily activities, help with meals/cooking, light household work, taking to appointments, grocery shopping, bathing, medication, walks when weather permits, and keeping them company in general. I consider it an honor to care for the elderly women, as they generally have been the ones playing caretaker their whole adult lives, but oftentimes don't get the care they need as they age.
