About Jade

Within two years I have worked for Chapel Hill Carrboro systems as an after-school group leader. Under COVID circumstances I worked at a "learning child care center" for CHCCS. This experience allowed me to assist students (ages 5-11) with their virtual school work in all subjects (including English/reading, math, science, art and P. E). Currently, since the students have been back and before COVID I assisted students (ages 5-11) with their homework particularly in the subjects of English/reading and math. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Studies (Elementary Education) at UNC-Chapel Hill. All of these experiences have given me skills in assisting students with their school work, along with an in depth education into child development and the best ways to serve student learning. Moreover, I not only will assist your kids with their work, but can also help them have fun by doing interesting and engaging activities.
