About Jada

My top three childcare skills are patience, safety and supervision, and communication. I am patient and understanding with children, and I take the time to support each child based on their individual needs and development. I always prioritize safety by staying alert, responsible, and following all care instructions carefully. With my CPR and First Aid training, I am prepared to respond quickly and appropriately in any situation. Communication is also one of my strongest skills. I build positive relationships with both children and parents by communicating clearly, respectfully, and consistently. I make sure children feel heard and supported, while parents feel informed and confident in the care their child is receiving. Overall, I am dependable, caring, and committed to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for every child.
