I'm Jay , an educator with bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Global Studies from Temple University and additional study in Spanish and Latin American Studies. My background includes Special Education, tutoring, executive functioning coaching, behavioral therapy, ESOL, and educational leadership. I've served as a Special Education Teacher, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Extended Day Assistant Supervisor, and educational coach supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse learning needs. I begin with a consultation to understand each student's strengths, goals, and learning style before creating a personalized learning plan. I also require a 30-minute monthly parent meeting to review progress and adjust goals. I'm patient, organized, fluent in Spanish, CPR/First Aid certified, and experienced supporting students with autism, ADHD, OCD, executive functioning challenges, communication disorders, and other developmental disabilities.
