About Jada

Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. Since 2004 I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, fostering their well-being and independence. My background includes being a CNA working in a nursing home for 20 years and also doing private care. I am well trained in assisting in Adl's which can include bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring, T&P and some wound care. I'm also trained in using the hoyer lift, stand lift, and sit to stand. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I believe in understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am eager to bring my experience and heartfelt dedication to your family.
