I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I respect each care recipient's independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following your preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can bring comfort and joy to your family gives me purpose.
