Hi! My name is Jay, and I'm a Postpartum Overnight Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with over 5 years of childcare experience, both professionally and personally. As a mother and experienced caregiver, I understand how important rest, recovery, and reliable overnight support are during the early postpartum weeks. I specialize in overnight newborn care, including feeding support (breast or bottle), diapering, soothing, burping, safe sleep practices, and gentle sleep shaping. I also provide education, and morning recaps, so parents feel confident and supported. My approach is calm, nurturing, and attentive, creating a peaceful environment for both baby and parents. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, COVID-19 vaccinated, and committed to providing dependable, compassionate, and professional care.
