Caring for children is more than a job for me, it's a calling I've grown in for years. I began babysitting in high school and entered my first childcare center in 2019. Since then, I've gained over six years of experience caring for children ages 0-11, including infants through school-aged kids. I bring a calm, creative, and structured approach to childcare, and I'm very comfortable implementing learning throughout the day. I have experience supporting early childhood fundamentals like phonics, alphabet and number recognition, early math, and age-appropriate language development. I'm also a Spelman College film graduate and have worked with school-aged children teaching the fundamentals of filmmaking in engaging, age-appropriate ways. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and I'm comfortable with pets. I prioritize clear communication with families through daily updates, pickup check-ins, and consistent follow-through with household routines and expectations.
