Hate leaving a poor rating but I had to in case this occurs to anyone else. Jada came out to my house, we went over everything. She was very sweet. Then after she left, I sent her all of my contact info, my kids' contact info, code to our house and she sent message thanking me for the info. And then NEVER showed up the next day as agreed upon! That was last Thursday. She has completely ghosted me after leaving her texts, voicemails. Worse part is that since I did not know she was not coming, I had not arranged any pet care. If she found another job, just say so. Completely inexcusable in my opinion.
