I also respect and follow the parents' lead on discipline, supporting your approach to create a safe and nurturing environment. I like working with kids because they're full of energy, curiosity, and imagination. Every day with them is different, and I love being part of their learning and growth. I've always enjoyed working with children. My family owned daycare centers growing up, and I spent summers helping out there, gaining hands-on experience with children of all ages. In college, I began babysitting more independently, which helped me develop even more confidence, patience, and creativity in childcare. I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids can thrive.
