About Jacsen

Hi, I'm a CLU grad with my BS in Biology, class of '24 and I now work for the Santa Monica Mountains Fund! I love my current job but after 8 years of babysitting I've been missing spending time with kids! I'd describe my personality as high-energy, charismatic, and comforting. I like working with kids because they remind you how exciting the smallest things can be, like finding a bug, or getting a toy to work again. On top of this, I enjoy knowing that this child has a good influence in their life no matter how long or short I may get to hangout with them. I am used to working up to 10 hours a day, multiple days per week. In my spare time, I like to do any outdoor activity, exercise, and I'm a novice triathlete! One thing you should know about me is I enjoy helping children learn new skills, which is one of the reasons why I teach swim lessons and am looking into earning my teaching credential! :) My skills include educating, patience, getting their energy out.
