While I may not have formal paid childcare experience, I've spent much of my life caring for kids of all ages- from helping family and friends with their little ones to supporting my own child's growth and development into a kind, capable teen. I understand how important it is to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and happy.
