About Jacqui

Empowering young learners to find joy in discovery is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With over 15 years of experience supporting elementary students, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style through active observation, tailoring my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions. By connecting complex concepts to real-world interests, I keep students engaged and curious. I believe clear, consistent communication with both you and your child is essential to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or a local community center, I am dedicated to helping your student master new skills. Seeing a child's face light up as they gain mastery over a difficult topic is why I love what I do, and I look forward to helping your student thrive.
