Jaques is a loyal, caring and trustworthy individual. She goes above and beyond taking care of my dad and making sure everyone in the household is doing okay. She communicates consistently with my sister and I and makes sure we know what is going on at all tines. She is like family to us. She genuinely cares about my dad and takes care of him like he is her own family. She shares videos all the time and my dad smiles big when she enters the room. She speaks very kindly to all who are in the home. My mom considers her a friend and jaques looks after her as well. I cannot say enough great things!! She is a super star
