Jacques dutifully cared for my elderly father for nearly three years. We had several private duty aides, CNA’s and nurses through various agencies prior to Jacques, and none of them were even close to him. As a professional in elder law, I have a large basis for comparison. He is not only kind, caring, and compassionate, he is an exceptionally well trained CNA. At the end of my father’s life, Jacques was there every single day, not because we asked, but because he wanted to be there as he knew no one else could provide the enormous amount of assistance Dad required. We are thankful every day for Jacques and for how quickly he became not only Dad’s companion, but his friend. Now we proudly consider him part of our family. Hopefully your loved one will be fortunate enough to have someone like Jacques care for them. Thank you Jacques!
