About Jacquelyn

Hi! I'm Jacquelyn - a fun, caring, and creative childcare provider with over 7 years of experience supporting kids from toddlers to preteens. I recently graduated from UIC with a degree in Human Development & Learning, specializing in Child Development. Caring for children and helping them grow is truly my passion! I've worked with children of all abilities, including those on the autism spectrum, and I love creating hands-on activities, art projects, and games that help them learn, explore, and build confidence. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and full of positive energy. My experience includes babysitting, volunteering in a pediatric hospital, and co-leading a Cub Scouts program. I'm trained in trauma-informed care, inclusive practices, and I value strong communication with parents to ensure kids feel safe, happy, and supported.
