I’m so disappointed. Jacqi seemed like such a great fit. She was dependable and a great communicator throughout the interview process and accepted the job but then bailed 6 days before her start date which put me in a lurch for finding care when I would have had a couple more weeks to find someone otherwise. Hoping that she learns how important that reliability piece is sooner than later.
