About Jacquelyn

Hello, my name is Jacqi, I'm a teacher and artist from the Bay Area. I have 14 years of experience in education and childcare as a classroom teacher (mainly preschool through first grade but I have experience up to 12th grade), nanny, summer camp director, tutor, etc. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Theatre Arts which provides me a solid foundation for helping children to learn and grow while having fun. My philosophy for both childcare and education is that children need a safe and loving environment in which they feel confident to explore their curiosities. I currently substitute teach which leaves my availability relatively flexible for the right jobs, but most afternoons and weekends. I am currently still fully available for bookings during the "thanksgiving" break 11/24-11/28. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
