I am here to support you and your loved ones. My past experiences in caregiving include serving as a senior companion, house and pet sitter, and driver for women and children. Additionally, with experience in event coordination, operations, and management, I'm here to optimize your schedule and assist with planning and coordination. From my time in the health insurance field, I'm prepared to navigate the tedious administrative processes associated with your healthcare. I am a dedicated and efficient healthcare advocate; whenever possible, I'll help eliminate any red tape to you getting the care you need. (From diagnostic services, surgeries and chemo, to inpatient care for health and substance abuse recovery.) Additionally, I completed a Health Coach training program that ignited my passion for cooking and creativity through nutritious and delicious meal prep. I love to be creative in all kinds of ways and am happy to facilitate creative expression for others.
