Jackie has been the best caregiver we’ve ever had. Over the years, we’ve worked with several caregivers for my dad, who can be very difficult to get along with due to his personality. Jackie was the only one who truly connected with him, and he genuinely looked forward to her visits, which meant a lot to us. She is incredibly sweet, compassionate, and caring, and those qualities come through in everything she does. Jackie is also very professional, eager to learn, and always takes initiative to make sure things are done the right way without needing to be told. Her warm and positive personality makes her stand out from anyone we’ve had before. We’re so grateful for the care she provided and would absolutely welcome her back into our family if we ever needed help again.
