Making a positive difference in someone's life is what drives me. With 20 years of experience, including 17 years in assisted living and 3 years in home care, I've always enjoyed helping adults and seniors maintain their independence. I am a Nursing Assistant with CPR , trained in First Aid and certified yoga instructor. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, pet care, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm patient, compassionate, and adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and de-escalate stressful situations.
