About Jacqueline

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. With 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, 4 years working with memory care and adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting, and some college education, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I focus on building trust and allowing care recipients the most independence and dignity possible. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I also provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
