My name is Jacqueline. I'm a Registered Home Care Aide, with 11 years experience as a Caregiver. I'm BLS/AED/CPR Certified. I am a compassionate and respectful person. I have past experience with managing and creating care plans, physical therapy and strength exercises (PT/OT), hospice care, post-surgery care, dementia, Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinson's, paraplegic, stroke, cancer, diabetes, bedbound, hoyer lift, all transfers, incontinence care, wound care, tube feeding, CPAP, CPT treatments, suctioning, catheter care, assistance with all ADL's, vitals, oxygen, medication management, supervision, companionship, transport, and more. I have experience working for agencies, privately, and also through 3rd party agencies to assist in Assisted Living Facilities when residents required 1:1 care or the facility needed further assistance.
