Jacqueline expressed interest in the housekeeping job on March 5. I was wrapping up interviews that week. She said she was in school and had class and then midterms the following week. So, I postponed my hiring date to work her into the interviews. She said that Friday the 17th would be fine. My wife and I made arrangements to be home and to interview at 1400 hours. 2pm came and went, no call, no-show. Certainly sets a bad precedent for being punctual.
